I have a CSV to XML base script, so the customer would use a CSV template to fill in the BACs details (very straightforward and user friendly) which are mapped to relevant XML tags. To your point, it is better to enrich this template / script to be dynamic with buttons for BACs / FASTER / CHAPS / SEPA formatting (as Pat mentioned Sort -> BIC) – this would ideally happen from the source data and included in the template. Of course, the base script will need to be adjusted according to the relevant bank specifications.
