    Anything Helps is a nonprofit dedicated to creating pathways to stability for individuals experiencing homelessness in Washington State. Through partnerships, evidence-based support, and technology-driven innovation, we empower clients to achieve their goals and dismantle systemic barriers to sustainable change.

    We are urgently seeking a Volunteer Treasurer to manage our financial operations, ensure compliance, and support our mission through effective financial planning.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Financial Management: Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks Online.
    • Account Reconciliation: Ensure processes are precise, up-to-date, and audit-ready.
    • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in planning and executing budgets.
    • Nonprofit Compliance: Manage nonprofit-specific financial aspects, including contractor compensation and tax obligations.
    • Financial Reporting: Prepare regular reports for stakeholders and compliance purposes.

    Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
    • Experience with account reconciliation and maintaining audit-ready records.
    • Strong background in nonprofit budgeting and forecasting.
    • Familiarity with contractor compensation models and nonprofit financial management.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a remote team.
